Cash prices for Massage Therapy (paid at the time of service)

35 min session           $35
60 min session           $70   
75 min session           $80                        
90 min session           $95   

Prepaid Massage Therapy Packages  

3 – 60 minutes for $195
4 – 60 minutes for $260

5 – 60 minutes for $325
4 – 75 minute for $300
4 – 90 minute for $350

Prepaid massage packages are not available or applicable towards insurance billing.  

** Please note that all discounts are not valid with any other offers, coupons or discounts. They may not be redeemed for cash or applied toward insurance visits.   

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are also available for both single and package sessions.  They make great gifts for friends and family and can be mailed directly to the recipient upon request.  All gift certificates are transferable, non-refundable and can be purchased online. While gift certificates do not expire, it is preferred they be redeemed within one year of purchase.

Senior discounts (62 or older):

I will now be offering a senior discount of 15% towards hourly sessions and prepaid packages.

Scheduling Appointments

All sessions are by appointment only and can be arranged by calling 206-579-0051, by email at kirasiplerlmp@hotmail.com or submitting an appointment request (See 'Request a Session').  I am happy to provide reminder calls at your request.
 
Your First Appointment

For your first treatment, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. 

For insurance treatments, please bring a copy of your insurance card and doctor's prescription/treatment plan. To expedite the intake process, you may complete the necessary forms (See 'Helpful Forms') and bring them to your first session.

Changes/Cancellations

Your session time has been reserved for you so if any changes are necessary, please provide 24 hours advance notice.  Any late cancellations or no show appointments are charged the full amount of the scheduled session time.  Insurance company may not be charged for your missed appointment; you will be responsible for payment out of pocket at the allowed amount charged predetermined by your health care plan.
